We store the account you create (name, email, and a password hash or a Google sign-in) and the people, groups and expenses you save. A WhatsApp export is parsed in your browser. The raw chat is not uploaded. Each saved expense may include the single source line you chose to keep.

A share link shows a group summary to anyone who has the link. It does not show evidence text, notes or email addresses. You can revoke the link from the group.

You can export your data from Account, and you can delete the account. Deletion removes the user and the data attached to it.
